I love longer exposures. Capturing motion in a single frame that turns the real to something surreal.
Its holiday season and day one of the carnival in town is the Ferris wheel and Pendulum ride being set up.
I found by shortening the length of the exposure I was able to get different patterns appearing in the pic. That along with the changing colors on the ferris wheel made for some interesting pics.
The pendulum ride also gave a different pattern as it spun.
The ferris wheel spun and changed colors, leaving light trails that changed every time i did an exposure.
Another successful session of longer exposure photography under the belt and time for a hot dog and a coke.
